Yes, you will automatically receive a certificate of attendance at the registration desk.
Did my payment go through?
Unless you hear from us, your payment has most likely gone through – and if not and we don’t let you know, that’s on us and you are welcome to participate anyway!
Can I change my accommodation booking?
Please contact the hotel directly in order to manage your booking.
Can I change the Name on the Registration?
A handling fee of 20.00 EUR will be charged for every name change to an existing meeting registration. Name changes will only be accepted by August 24th 2018 when submitted via email. Indicate the new and old names as well as the new contact details (address, fax, email). After the above deadline, all name changes must be carried out on-site.
What is the allotted time for a Talk?
The allotted time for the selected short talks is 10 minutes followed by 3 minutes of Q&A. We strongly encourage you to stay inside the allotted time frame.
What are the rules for poster design?
Poster are supposed to be of maximal A0 size and portrait (vertical) orientation. Posters will be fixed to boards using Tesa-Poster-Strips supplied onsite. The posters should be put up on the morning of the first day (Tuesday 25th) and taken down on the morning of the last day (Thursday 27th). Presenters should be present at their poster during the designated poster session.
