Best talk awards
Two talks from selected abstracts and two short talks will be chosen by the audience and awarded with the best talk prize (one award sponsored by Glycostem Therapeutics).

What is the allotted time for a talk?
The allotted time for an invited talk is 20 minutes followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. The allotted time for talks in the main sessions, selected from the abstracts, is 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. We strongly encourage you to stay inside the allotted time frame.
Is there a poster session?
Instead of a traditional poster session there will be short talk sessions (two per day, see program). The participants are encouraged to present the highlights of the research in 5 + 2 minutes.
How do the short talk sessions work?
Each short talk session has its own breakout room. You can freely choose which breakout room you join. The order of the presentations in the short talk sessions is indicated in the program. Please have the presentation open on your computer. The Chair of the session will ask you to share your screen. Short talks are 5 + 2 min, please stay in time.
Meet the speaker sessions
Each meet the speaker sessions has its own breakout room. Please choose the breakout room according to your doodle-pre-selection. Participants who have not pre-registered for a session will be removed from the session.
Can I get a certificate of attendance?
We can provide certificate of attendance upon request.
Did my payment go through?
Unless you hear from us, your payment has most likely gone through – and if not and we don’t let you know, that’s on us and you are welcome to participate anyway!
Can I change the Name on the Registration?
A handling fee of 10.00 EUR will be charged for every name change to an existing meeting registration. Name changes will only be accepted by June 1st, 2021 when submitted via email. Indicate the new and old names as well as the new contact details (address, fax, email).
